Holland Engineering provided design and construction for a new facility, Helicopters Inc. This project established a helicopter facility with a hangar, office space and parking. This project was completed in 2007. Holland Engineering has also been commissioned to design a large-scale corporate hangar, Facilities Based Operation, offices and signature based restaurant at North Perry Airport. Design is currently underway on this project.

Holland Engineering assumed the task of a complete city park redevelopment project consisting of a new football/soccer field, baseball field and community center with all the required infrastructure. Project was completed in 2008.
